Boyfriend Still Keeps His Online Profile

From the MiamiHerald.com -- "Q: I've been dating a great guy for three months, BUT he still has an active profile on www.match.com. I took my profile down after we started dating. I casually asked if he was still seeking dates online and he said, 'No. I have you.' Why is he still checking his profile every night? And why am I checking to see if he is checking his profile? Am I insecure?

A: You have some specific questions about your boyfriend and yourself that are difficult to answer without being able to see inside of you. However, what I do notice is that you seem to have sensed something was amiss between the two of you, which led you to check up on his online activity."

Oldies Hook on to Dating Sites

From HTTabloid.com -- "It did not take long for Herbert Bolsinger to make contact with 59-year-old Elke Bartsch from Berlin on FriendScout24, an Internet dating portal, and a nice correspondence began. At some point they talked on the phone for the first time and then actually met for real - and today they are a couple.

Dating portals are booming on the Internet, and it is not just young singles using the sites, says Tanja Biller, spokesperson of FriendScout24.

"Of the more than 3.6 million current members at FriendScout24, almost 10 percent of all registered singles are older than 50," says Biller."
